The Center for Orthopaedic Specialists is fully staffed with six Board Certified Orthopaedic physicians and medical staff. Our doctors provide complete orthopaedic diagnosis and – both surgical and minimally invasive – treatment of injury and disease conditions of the musculoskeletal system, including muscle, ligaments, tendons, and joints. We provide advanced care of the spine, shoulder, elbow, hand and wrist, knee, and foot and ankle.
The Center provides highly specialized care in:
Partial Joint Replacement
Total Joint Replacement
A BIG THANK YOU! for your help with raising funds for the Arthritis Foundation.
Bhagia’s Bone Battlers raised over $4,756.00 for the Arthritis Foundation and our team participated in the walk at Magic Mountain on May 19th.
Our own Dr. Bhagia was the Orthopaedic Honoree this year. It was a pleasure sharing a booth with West Hills Hospital and getting to meet so many other walkers who participated in the event.
Specialists of the Hand and Upper Extremity
The Center provides highly specialized care in the treatment of the fingers, hand, wrist, and upper extremity. Among our staff physicians are Fellowship-trained specialists utilizing today’s most advanced medical techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of both injuries and disease conditions.
We advocate for minimally invasion treatment in every case – where that treatment approach offers probable success. When necessary we employ the latest surgical techniques to insure proper healing.
We warmly welcome Dr. Nirav Shah, M.D.
Meet Dr. Nirav J. Shah, the Center for Orthopaedic Specialists’ newest doctor. Dr. Shah brings a cheerful and relaxed style, coupled with expert knowledge of his field. Knowing that “nothing can take the place of experience,” Dr. Shah is looking forward to learning from his patients and from the experienced group of COS doctors.

Partial and Total Joint Replacement
Joint replacement surgery, also known as arthroplasty, is very common and each year our orthopedic surgeons perform many successful joint replacement surgeries. We provide both minimally invasive partial joint replacements and total joint replacement for the hips, knees, and ankles.
If the continuous strain and pain in your joints is adversely affecting your quality of life, mobility, or capacity to work, we encourage you to schedule an appointment to discuss your situation with our orthopaedic specialists.
